      First I hope there was no flooding going on where u live and I was watching the movie Disney"s UP this weekend it is such a cute movie. I will rent drag me to hell this weekend looks cool nothing like horror film during the holiday season.have a good week

      How lucky am I to have such a special sister such as yourself?? VERY LUCKY INDEED!!!!! Now, I am so glad that you are working so hard to build yourself back up at the gym. I know it isn't easy so take your time and be careful.
